Description

This is a vintage HOAN copper sauce pan / skillet. It measures 8 inches across and 2 1/4 inches deep. The handle is 7 1/2 inches long. It weighs 1 pound - 14 ounces. The stamped logo is: HOAN LLC NY 1110 MADE IN FRANCE. It is in VERY good overall condition with normal signs of use, wear, and storage with a few tiny dings in the bottom (hard to photograph) and very fine scratches overall. This pan is pure copper on all sides. It is great for caramelizing, egg white fluffing, and many other cooking practices by French chefs. It you want to use it as a daily all-around pan it needs to be re-tined, especially for high acid foods. Either way all the hard work has been done for you and it is ready to suit your specific needs!
