Description

Vintage French Copper Pan, Tin Lined, 2.5mm Thick, Kitchen Glamor Inc. Detroit. This pan measures 8in diameter x 4.5in height (20cm diameter x 12cm) height weighs 5lb 5.2oz The pan has an cast iron handle secured by 3 copper rivets. The handle is secure with no movement. The pan has a smooth finish rather hammered finish. The pan sits flat but there is a small dent on the bottom if there pan (photo#6) which is just barely visible from the inside of the pan. There are scratches and signs of use commensurate with age. The pan is marked “Glamor Kitchen Inc. Inc Detroit, made in France”. This pan was made in Villedieu, France by CVD or GOAR for the Detroit kitchenware store Glamor Kitchen Inc. The pan has been retinned by a professional tinning service in the US. This is a vintage item described to the best of my knowledge.
